Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. (trading as Priority Commerce) entered into a membership interest purchase agreement to acquire IntelliPay. The deal creates Priority Commerce Government to expand Priority Commerce’s enterprise payments business into the public sector, with IntelliPay expected to contribute just over $4 million in incremental revenue for the balance of 2026.
