Priority Courier Experts (PCE), backed by Trident Management and Bluejay Capital, acquired Priority Dispatch, Inc. and Diamond Expedited to expand its same-day and expedited logistics footprint across key Midwestern markets. The acquired businesses add more than 500 independent-contractor drivers and 43 employees, strengthening PCE’s healthcare and ecommerce delivery capabilities.
