Centre Partners and Altivare Capital Partners Acquire Navajo Expedited

Centre Partners and Altivare Capital Partners completed their acquisition of Navajo Expedited, a Lakeland, Florida-based freight logistics provider that brokers truckload transportation through a network of more than 8,000 vetted drivers. The investors plan to expand shipper relationships and service offerings, invest in automation and driver-vetting technology, and pursue complementary acquisitions; Navajo Expedited was previously part of Navajo Express.
