United Land Services, a Jacksonville-based landscaping platform backed by Centre Partners and LP First Capital, completed four add-on acquisitions that closed in 2025. The targets—Wrightsville Beach Landscaping (Wilmington, NC), H&O Grounds (Baton Rouge/New Orleans, LA), Custom Tree Surgeons (Jacksonville, FL) and an undisclosed rust-removal provider in South/Central Florida—expand United's geographic footprint and service capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
Centre Partners and Baldwin Creek Partners formed TruTemp Holdings, LLC and acquired Maynor Service Company to create a field-services platform focused on HVAC, plumbing and electrical services in the U.S. Southeast. Maynor’s president Brett Chappell invested alongside the firms and will lead TruTemp as the platform pursues a buy-and-build consolidation strategy across the region.

Quick Roofing, a portfolio company of Centre Partners, has combined with Excel Construction Group to create the leading roofing business in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and one of the largest roofing platforms nationally. The combined company operates more than 23 branches (10 in Texas), expands Quick Roofing’s re-roofing and water mitigation capabilities, and will retain Excel founder Felix Salinas on the leadership team.
Toney Healthcare, a clinically-oriented consultancy and portfolio company of Centre Partners and Health Enterprise Partners, has acquired Rebellis Group, a Medicare Advantage-focused strategic advisory firm. Terms were not disclosed; the deal combines Toney's clinical operations capabilities with Rebellis' Medicare Advantage, Part D, and regulatory consulting expertise, and Rebellis will continue to operate under its brand while its co-founder Betsy Seals becomes President of Toney Healthcare.
