Bristow Group to Acquire Berry Aviation for $105 Million

Bristow Group Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Berry Aviation, Inc. from Acorn Capital Management for $105 million in an all-cash transaction. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2026 and is intended to expand Bristow’s U.S. government services offerings with special missions, ISR, MRO, training, and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) capabilities.

The Blackhawk Group Acquires MCA Aviation

The Blackhawk Group acquired UK-based MCA Aviation, marking the Blackhawk Group’s first expansion into Europe. The deal brings a Bournemouth-based King Air specialist into Blackhawk’s network and will rebrand the Bournemouth facility as a Blackhawk Performance Center to support engine upgrades, avionics installations, and related modernization services.

The deal brings Atlantic’s full range of passenger/crew support, fueling, heated hangars and on-field Part 145 maintenance under its brand as it enters the Montana market.

FlyUSA Acquires 3B Aviation

FlyUSA has acquired Tampa-based 3B Aviation, expanding FlyUSA's privately managed fleet to 15 aircraft across the Tampa Bay region. 3B Aviation founder Nick Barrows joins FlyUSA as President of Acquisitions and Management; prior to the deal 3B employed about ten pilots and managed 13 aircraft for more than 25 private owners.
