PRN (Acumen Health Holdings) Acquires EyePromise

PRN Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals, part of Acumen Health Holdings, has acquired EyePromise, a Chesterfield, Missouri-based maker of scientifically supported eye vitamins and ocular health products. The acquisition combines PRN’s anterior eye expertise with EyePromise’s posterior eye products to create a more comprehensive eye-health offering for practitioners and patients.
