Pro-Vision, a mobile video and fleet safety solutions provider, announced it acquired Convoy Technologies, a Fort Wayne, Indiana-based provider of video and vehicle safety technology for commercial fleets. The deal expands Pro-Vision’s fleet safety platform and portfolio of commercial vehicle video/monitoring solutions, and broadens its North American footprint via Convoy’s operations in Southern Ontario, Canada.
