Procyon Acquires Wooster Corthell Wealth Management

Procyon, an independent registered investment advisory firm, has acquired Wooster Corthell Wealth Management, a Connecticut-based boutique advisory managing about $600 million in client assets. The deal expands Procyon's northeastern footprint and increases its assets under management to roughly $8 billion; Wooster Corthell's Glastonbury office will continue operations with three advisors and five staff joining Procyon's team.
