Prolifics, a global digital engineering and consulting firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, has acquired Tier 2 Consulting Limited, a UK-based custom software and Red Hat/OpenShift middleware specialist. The acquisition expands Prolifics' cloud-native, middleware and custom software delivery capabilities in the UK and Ireland while allowing Tier 2 to scale its services and continue operating under its existing leadership.
