Prospect 33 has acquired the consulting business of New York–based regulatory consulting and technology firm 8of9, strengthening Prospect 33’s Risk & Regulatory advisory capabilities and expanding its RegTech offerings. 8of9 founder Mary Kopczynski and COO Aaron Heisler will continue as strategic partners while focusing on the RegAlytics product spinoff.
