The acquisition (HMC’s ~45 employees and 60,000 sq. ft. facility) expands ProMach’s flexible packaging capabilities and aftermarket service capacity within its Systems & Process business unit.

ProMach Acquires MBF, Italy-based Bottle-Filling Specialist

ProMach has acquired MBF, a Verona, Italy-based manufacturer of rinsing, filling, and closing machines for the wine and distilled spirits industries. The acquisition expands ProMach's filling and closing capabilities and broadens its global reach in the spirits and wine markets; MBF’s leadership team will remain in place and the company’s ~200 employees will join ProMach’s Primary Packaging business line.

The Middleby Corporation Acquires Filling Machines & Systems (Wild Goose Filling)

The Middleby Corporation has acquired Filling Machines & Systems (brands Wild Goose, Meheen, and Inline Filling Systems) from Mangrove Equity Partners. The acquisition expands Middleby’s product portfolio into craft and specialty liquid filling and canning equipment, adding engineered manufacturing capabilities and access to the craft beverage end market.

ProMach Acquires Fogg Filler Company

ProMach has acquired Fogg Filler Company, a Holland, Michigan–based designer and manufacturer of rotary liquid filling systems, expanding ProMach’s liquid filling and ESL (extended shelf life) capabilities. Fogg will join ProMach’s Filling Business Line, with current owner Ben Fogg remaining to lead the Fogg team of roughly 170 employees at its Holland facility.

Convergint Technologies Acquires Pendergraph Systems

Convergint Technologies, a Schaumburg, Illinois-based global systems integrator, has acquired Pendergraph Systems, a Tulsa-based fire, life safety and security systems integrator. The transaction adds Pendergraph’s ~32 employees and regional customer relationships across Oklahoma to Convergint’s North American platform as an add-on acquisition to expand its presence in the state.

ProMach Acquires KLEENLine Corporation

ProMach, a provider of integrated packaging and processing solutions, has acquired KLEENLine Corporation, a Newburyport, Massachusetts-based designer and manufacturer of sanitary product handling equipment, robotics, vision systems, and systems engineering services. KLEENLine's team — including founder Jim Laverdiere — will remain with ProMach and operate out of the Newburyport facility as part of ProMach's Material Handling Business Unit to expand ProMach's sanitary production and material-handling capabilities.
