Hornetsecurity, a Hanover-based cloud security and compliance SaaS provider, has received a strategic growth investment from TA Associates, joining existing investors PSG Equity and Verdane in a co-control partnership with management. The capital will support product build-out, international expansion and continued M&A as Hornetsecurity scales its email security, backup and compliance offerings.
