Washington, D.C.-based fintech Goodworld has acquired Bstow, Inc., doing business as Cheerful Giving, a Denver-based charity-tech startup. The combined company will launch a unified fundraising platform under the Cheerful Giving brand, integrating donor management, roundup donations, mobile and social giving tools to scale fundraising for nonprofits and brand partners.

LTV SaaS Growth VII Acquires Txt2Give

LTV SaaS Growth VII, LLC (LTV Fund), a U.S. SaaS-focused investment fund, has acquired Txt2Give, a mobile donation platform founded in 2012 by Chad Boyd. FE International served as the sell-side advisor; LTV said it will apply its operational expertise to grow the Txt2Give business and expand its digital donation capabilities for nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

Graduway Merges with Gravyty

Graduway announced a merger with AI fundraiser enablement provider Gravyty to create a combined community and enablement software platform serving education, non-profits, and healthcare organizations. The combined business (with offices in London, Boston, Seattle and Tel Aviv) will integrate Graduway's community software and Gravyty's AI fundraising capabilities to scale alumni, mentoring, and fundraising programs.

Bloomerang Acquires Qgiv

Indianapolis-based Bloomerang acquired Lakeland, Florida-based fundraising software firm Qgiv in a deal that closed in December. The acquisition adds Qgiv's online giving, event registration and peer-to-peer fundraising capabilities to Bloomerang's fundraising, CRM and volunteer management platform; the combined company has about 500 employees and more than 23,000 customers.

DealMaker Acquires Rally On Media

DealMaker, the New York-based retail capital-raising platform, has acquired Rally On Media, a video creative agency that has helped generate approximately $250 million in online investments since 2020. Rally On's co-founder and CEO Alex Portera will join DealMaker as Vice President, Creative and Content as the agency's team and creator network are integrated into DealMaker's AI-driven performance marketing and marketing services to accelerate investor acquisition and conversion.

EveryAction Acquires GiveGab

EveryAction, a nonprofit CRM and fundraising SaaS platform, has acquired Ithaca-based GiveGab, the market leader in community-wide "Giving Day" fundraising solutions. The deal brings GiveGab's online giving-day and donation tools into EveryAction's product suite as an add-on to its PE-backed platform (EveryAction is a portfolio company of Insight Partners).
