Sunland Field Services, Inc. has acquired the business of Black Horse Construction, Inc., expanding Sunland's tank battery, pump unit, roustabout and related oilfield construction services into the Bakken Shale region of North Dakota and Montana. Black Horse, headquartered in Stanley, North Dakota, employs approximately 280 people and will operate as Sunland Field Services – Bakken Operations with most key employees remaining.
