Symphony Technology Group (STG), a Palo Alto-based private equity firm focused on software and data analytics, has acquired Sciforma, a Paris-based provider of project and portfolio management (PPM) software. STG plans to strengthen Sciforma's cloud offering and accelerate product innovation—particularly around AI and automation—while Sciforma's founders will transition day-to-day leadership to a new executive team.
