EQT Infrastructure VI's value-add infrastructure fund (EQT Value-Add Infrastructure) has agreed to acquire Lazer Logistics from funds managed by Harvest Partners. The deal advances EQT's strategy in Transportation & Logistics and will support Lazer's growth initiatives, including fleet electrification and digitalization; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close in 2Q 2023.

YMX Logistics Acquires Yard Commander

Vector Acquires YardView

Radiant Logistics Acquires USA Logistics Services, Inc. and USA Carrier Services, LLC

Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT) has acquired USA Logistics Services, Inc. and USA Carrier Services, LLC, two Philadelphia-based freight forwarding and cartage operations that have operated as part of Radiant's Service By Air brand since 2014. The acquired businesses will transition to the Radiant brand and combine with Radiant's company-owned Philadelphia operations; a portion of the purchase price is contingent on future performance and Mike Boyce will serve as General Manager of the combined team.

LaserShip Acquires OnTrac Logistics

LaserShip is acquiring West Coast parcel carrier OnTrac Logistics for approximately $1.3 billion, creating the largest regional parcel carrier in the United States by combining eastern and western networks. The combined company will expand LaserShip’s footprint coast-to-coast, increasing scale to better compete with national carriers and generate about $1.6 billion in combined revenue, according to Moody’s.
