Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) has acquired Jet Polymer Recycling, a privately owned plastic recycling company headquartered in Fort Payne, Alabama with three locations in Alabama and Georgia. The acquisition expands ADS's recycling capabilities and secures high-quality recycled polypropylene and high-density polyethylene feedstock to support ADS and its subsidiary Infiltrator Water Technologies, particularly in the southern United States.

CORTEC Acquires Power Chokes from ADS Services

The acquisition adds Power Chokes' manufacturing division and IP to CORTEC, broadening its product lineup and strengthening its position in the global energy (oil & gas) pressure-control equipment market.

Aquatech Acquires Century Water

BDT Capital Partners and Mubadala Acquire Majority Interest in Culligan International

Advent will retain a minority stake; financial terms were not disclosed. Culligan is a global provider of water treatment products and services headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois.
