Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) has acquired CULTEC, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of plastic stormwater and septic chambers headquartered in Brookfield, Connecticut. The acquisition expands ADS' product portfolio in stormwater and on-site septic wastewater solutions and brings CULTEC's engineering and manufacturing capabilities into ADS' national manufacturing and distribution platform.
