Westwood Technology Group Acquires Sentant

Prototek Acquires Midwest Prototyping

Prototek Holdings LLC completed the acquisition of Midwest Prototyping LLC on July 15, 2021, creating a broader one-stop provider for prototyping and low-volume digital manufacturing. The deal brings additive manufacturing capabilities to Prototek’s existing sheet metal and CNC services, expands geographic coverage, and combines workforces to serve aerospace, defense, medical and industrial end markets.

Heckens & Wood Capital Acquires FortifyIT
