IK Partners' Small Cap III Fund has acquired a significant minority stake in Remazing GmbH, a Hamburg-based marketing services and software provider focused on the Amazon marketplace. The investment, made from IK's Development Capital pool, sees founders Hannes Detjen and Emil Beck (with other senior managers) reinvesting alongside IK to support Remazing's product development, market expansion and selective M&A strategy.

Emmes Acquires Neox

The Emmes Company, a Behrman Capital portfolio company, has acquired Prague-headquartered CRO Neox S.R.O., an add-on that expands Emmes' BioPharma capabilities and Central/Eastern European presence. Financial terms were not disclosed; Neox brings over 150 employees and operations across multiple European countries, and founders Pavel and Petr Marek will remain in leadership roles.

Audax Private Equity Forms Renovo Home Partners by Acquiring Dreamstyle, Alure and Remodel USA

Boston-based Audax Private Equity has created Renovo Home Partners (based in Dallas) by combining three regional home-improvement firms — Dreamstyle Remodeling (Albuquerque), Alure Home Improvements (East Meadow, N.Y.) and Remodel USA (Capitol Heights, Md.). The transactions are part of Audax's buy-and-build strategy to scale a national DTC home repair and remodel platform; terms were not disclosed.

ECOMMERCE ONE Acquires Gambio

Optimizon Acquires Nozzle and Marketplace AMP

Society Brands Acquires OmniiX

OmniiX founders John W. Collins and Stormey Collins join Society Brands' executive leadership team as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff to help scale acquired brands across the Society Brands platform.
