Bregal Milestone has made a majority strategic growth investment in Ridango, a Tallinn-based provider of automated fare collection and transit management software. The investment, made in partnership with founder Erki Lipre and Ridango's management team, will support Ridango's product development and geographic expansion across Europe, the Middle East and APAC; terms were not disclosed.

Enghouse Holdings UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ENGH), has acquired Aculab PLC, a Milton Keynes–based provider of on‑premise and cloud communications and AI software solutions. The deal adds Aculab’s CPaaS, AI-driven answering‑machine detection, voice and face biometrics, and media processing/gateway products to Enghouse’s Interactive portfolio to expand capabilities and product offerings.

SHD AG (Bregal Portfolio) Acquires Majority Stake in Tesy Software

SHD AG, a Bregal Unternehmerkapital portfolio company, has acquired a majority stake in Italian planning and ERP software provider Tesy Software S.r.l. The acquisition strengthens SHD’s position in the furniture and kitchen ERP/ planning market and expands its geographic presence in Europe; Tesy (Treviso) has about 75 employees and revenues above €6 million, and founders Ennio Zanucco and Francesco Becattini will remain invested.

Marginal Unit's ~15 employees and analytics will be integrated into Enverus' Power & Renewables software suite to expand the company's capabilities in congestion modeling and price forecasting.

Enghouse Affiliate to Acquire SeaChange International's Product and Services Business

An affiliate of Enghouse Systems Limited has agreed to acquire substantially all of SeaChange International's product and services assets for $39 million (less SeaChange cash on closing). The asset sale, approved by SeaChange's board and supported by a large shareholder voting agreement, is expected to close in early May 2024 and will result in SeaChange retaining cash, cash equivalents and tax NOLs.
