Viking Global Investors Acquires Majority Stake in Voyado

Affiliates of Viking Global Investors have acquired a majority stake in Voyado, a Swedish retail-focused customer experience SaaS platform, in a deal intended to accelerate product development and expand Voyado's presence in the UK. Voyado has grown rapidly (32% average annual growth since 2022), is profitable, and was valued at SEK 3.5 billion (~£270 million) at the time of the transaction.

Visma Acquires Brazil-Based Micro‑Entrepreneur Platform MaisMei

Norwegian software provider Visma has acquired MaisMei, a Florianópolis‑based mobile-first compliance and business management platform for Brazil’s Individual Micro Entrepreneurs (MEIs). The deal expands Visma’s footprint in Brazil and creates a product "start‑to‑scale" pathway by linking MaisMei’s compliance tools with Visma’s Conta Azul cloud ERP offering.

Campbell Soup Company Acquires Sovos Brands, Inc.

Campbell Soup Company completed the all-cash acquisition of Sovos Brands, Inc. for $23 per share, representing an enterprise value of approximately $2.7 billion. The deal brings premium brands including Rao's, Michael Angelo's and noosa into Campbell's Meals & Beverages division, creates a new Distinctive Brands unit, and is expected to deliver roughly $50 million of run-rate cost synergies and be accretive to adjusted EPS by the second year.

Giosg Acquires Whisbi Technologies' Live Shopping Business

Visma Acquires Silverfin

Norwegian software group Visma has acquired Silverfin, a Ghent-based cloud accounting software provider, to strengthen its position in cloud accounting across Europe and expand its presence in the Belgian market. Silverfin — founded in 2013 with ~170 employees and ~850 direct customers — will continue to scale its cloud-native post-accounting platform within Visma, leveraging its AI capabilities and international customer base.

Founders-Led Consortium Acquires BeckSöndergaard from Valedo

Valedo Partners has divested Danish women's accessories brand BeckSöndergaard to a consortium led by the company's founders, Lis Beck and Anna Søndergaard. Valedo had owned the business for nine years during which the brand expanded its product range, increased international sales and focused on online channels; terms were not disclosed.
