TD SYNNEX Acquires Apptium

TD SYNNEX has acquired Apptium, a Reston, Virginia-based developer of a cloud commerce platform, making Apptium a wholly owned subsidiary to accelerate development of TD SYNNEX’s StreamOne platform and broaden its cloud and Everything-as-a-Service offerings. Apptium’s billing, subscription management and marketplace capabilities will be integrated to help TD SYNNEX partners accelerate time-to-revenue and manage multi-cloud and subscription/consumption-based services.
