Continuim Equity Partners Acquires Anker Industries

Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Continuim Equity Partners has acquired Anker Industries, a metallurgical powders and aluminum-processing manufacturer headquartered just outside Pittsburgh. Rich Antonelli, Anker's president and former owner, will remain with the company as Continuim implements growth and operational initiatives to expand product offerings and pursue add-on acquisitions.

Gallagher Fluid Seals Acquires IEQ Industries

Gallagher Fluid Seals, Inc. acquired IEQ Industries, a Grand Rapids-based distributor of new, used and remanufactured pumps, pump parts and pump packages. The acquisition diversifies Gallagher's product mix and adds IEQ's digital assets, including its CXI enterprise asset management platform, while IEQ owner Joseph Bichler retires and the IEQ team remains in place.

Marco Rubber & Plastics Acquires Anchor Rubber Products

The add-on expands Marco's custom gasket and O-ring offering, integrates Anchor's products into Marco's proprietary supply platform, and strengthens the combined company's presence across North America.

Edgewater Growth Capital Partners IV’s portfolio company Flow Control Holdings, LLC (through its Ace Sanitary division) has acquired FlexFit Hose, LLC, a manufacturer of flexible hose products for sanitary and high-purity applications. FlexFit will be integrated into FCH’s Ace Sanitary division in Cincinnati to expand the platform’s capabilities in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical end markets.
