Acacia will combine Isos with the Atlassian practice of MajorKey Technologies to form a larger Atlassian-focused platform and plans further acquisitions to build a leading partner in the Atlassian ecosystem.

The transaction—supported by a $70 million expansion financing led by Turning Rock Partners and participation from existing shareholders—creates a combined business headquartered in Tampa, Florida with 40+ data center locations and expanded product offerings.

CSI Acquires Velocity Solutions from H.I.G. Capital

Velocity Solutions — a nearly 30-year-old provider of deposit acquisition, customer engagement and intelligent overdraft management software that serves more than 30 million consumers — will be integrated into CSI's suite of products; terms were not disclosed.

Hivelocity Acquires Heficed

Hivelocity, a Tampa-based IaaS and bare metal cloud provider, has acquired UK-based network infrastructure and cloud provider Heficed, folding Heficed's customers, select staff and nine data center locations into the Hivelocity brand. The deal expands Hivelocity's global data center footprint — adding locations in Brazil, South Africa and Nigeria — and brings new product and VPS hosting capabilities into Hivelocity's offering.
