Netmore Group Acquires Everynet

Swedish IoT operator Netmore Group has completed the acquisition of LoRaWAN network operator Everynet, extending Netmore's carrier-grade LPWAN and IoT platform into Brazil and the broader South America region. The deal broadens Netmore's NaaS/PaaS offerings and regional footprint to serve utilities, agriculture, smart cities and transportation customers, and Netmore has named Gustavo Zarife as VP for South America and Country Manager for Brazil.

Wireless Logic Acquires Things Mobile

Wireless Logic, a Montagu-backed global IoT connectivity platform, has acquired Milan-based IoT connectivity provider Things Mobile. The deal, completed on 9 July 2021, expands Wireless Logic's European footprint and capabilities across end markets including energy, eHealth and micro-mobility; the Things Mobile team will remain led by co-founder and CEO Manuel Zanella.

insightsoftware Acquires Legerity

Options Technology (Abry-backed) Acquires ACTIV Financial

Tofane Global Acquires Simfony (added to iBASIS IoT portfolio)

The deal adds Simfony's eSIM/eUICC-enabled connectivity management, MVNE stack and a Romania development centre to iBASIS' capabilities and strengthens its operations in the Netherlands.

Telit Acquires Mobilogix Group Assets

Telit has acquired group assets from California-based startup Mobilogix to add custom IoT device design and engineering capabilities. Mobilogix personnel and offices will relocate into Telit's Irvine headquarters, expanding Telit's end-to-end IoT solution offering and speeding customers' time-to-market.
