Riverview Landscapes Acquires Irrigation and Landscape Management's Landscaping and Snow Business

Riverview Landscapes acquired the landscaping and snow management business of Irrigation and Landscape Management, Inc. (ILM), a Parsippany, New Jersey–based provider of commercial landscaping, irrigation design/installation, drainage and fertilization services. The deal expands Riverview's Northern New Jersey footprint and irrigation/snow-management capabilities and is the company's 19th acquisition since 2022; ILM founder Steven Raibick will remain involved in a consulting capacity.

Riverview Landscapes, a PE-backed landscaping platform (owned by Talus Holdings and management), has acquired All State Landscape Services LLC, a commercial landscaping and snow services provider based in New Britain, Connecticut. The acquisition is Riverview's first expansion into Connecticut and its 16th deal since 2022; All State's founder will remain in a consulting role while the longtime general manager will lead Riverview's Greater Hartford branch.

Riverview Companies Acquires LCS Landscapes

Riverview Companies has acquired Poughkeepsie-based LCS Landscapes, a commercial landscape and snow maintenance provider serving New York's mid-Hudson region and Westchester County, via merger. LCS's majority owner Daniel Lepore and General Manager Bruce Peterson will become co-owners in Riverview and remain in management; the deal expands Riverview's geographic footprint and is its eleventh acquisition in the past 24 months.

BrightView Acquires NatureScape

BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV) has acquired NatureScape LLC, a Phoenix-based commercial landscape maintenance and development company. The acquisition expands BrightView's footprint in Maricopa County and brings NatureScape's 110 employees and client relationships into BrightView's national platform; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Riverview’s presence in the greater Albany/Saratoga market, relocates Riverview’s Albany branch into Cleveland Brothers’ larger Corinth facility, and transitions ownership from founders Terry and Kevin Cleveland to Riverview.
