The deal expands Forever Cheese's value‑added service capabilities — including retail-ready slicing, packing and logistics — and keeps Virginia Packing operating out of its Toano facility.

Charcuterie Artisans has acquired La Quercia Cured Meats, including its Norwalk, Iowa production facility and full product portfolio. The PE-backed charcuterie platform (owner: Industrial Opportunity Partners) said it will invest in the brand, expand the plant’s prosciutto capacity by ~50%, and retain La Quercia employees while working with the Lynch family and suppliers to maintain U.S. pork supply.

Ergon Capital IV SCSP (Ergon) has acquired a majority stake in Dolciaria Acquaviva from the Acquaviva family, with family members reinvesting alongside Ergon. Dolciaria Acquaviva is an Italian leader in frozen bakery products based in Gricignano di Aversa (Caserta), employs about 100 people, serves over 20,000 primarily Ho.Re.Ca customers nationwide, and will pursue accelerated growth and consolidation supported by Ergon.

Verallia Acquires Vidrala's Glass Business in Italy (Corsico Plant)

Verallia has completed the acquisition of Vidrala's glass business in Italy, including the Corsico plant near Milan, for an enterprise value of €230 million. The Corsico facility (225 kt/year capacity, two furnaces) and nearly 200 employees will expand Verallia's production footprint and glass packaging offerings for the food, beer and spirits markets in Italy.
