The deal follows significant new investment into Together Group from Pricoa Private Capital (providing an exit for prior investor Bregal Sagemount) and expands Together Group's content production, experiential and influencer-marketing capabilities across its global network.

HEXO Corp Acquires 48North Cannabis Corp.

HEXO Corp. agreed to acquire all outstanding common shares of 48North Cannabis Corp. in an all‑share plan of arrangement valued at approximately $50 million on an enterprise value basis. The deal is intended to strengthen HEXO’s position in the Canadian adult‑use market, diversify its product portfolio (including topicals and other CPG formats) and realize up to ~$12 million of annual synergies within one year of closing.

Samarkand Group plc Acquires Optimised Energetics Ltd

Samarkand Group plc has acquired the entire share capital of Optimised Energetics Ltd for total consideration of £1.3m (£600k initial cash and £700k deferred over three years). The acquisition brings the Natures Greatest Secret and BeNatural brands and in-house contract skincare manufacturing into Samarkand's portfolio, securing vertical integration and strengthening the group's health & wellness brand platform; Optimised Energetics reported c.£1.2m revenue and c.£0.3m EBITDA for the 12 months to 31 March 2024. Executive directors agreed unsecured loans of £400,000 to support the acquisition and provide working capital.

New Directions Aromatics Acquires Aromatic Fragrances International

The deal expands New Directions' U.S. footprint and brings complementary formulation, manufacturing, and digital ordering capabilities to serve beauty, personal care, home fragrance and other consumer brands.

Curaleaf Holdings Acquires Northern Green Canada

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. has signed a deal to acquire Northern Green Canada, an EU-GMP certified Canadian licensed cannabis producer, to secure high-quality indoor EU-GMP flower supply and bolster Curaleaf's European and Australasian expansion. The acquisition is expected to close in Q2 2024 pending regulatory approvals and will strengthen Curaleaf's supply chain for key markets including Germany, Australia/New Zealand and the U.K.

Quanta Services Acquires Evergreen North America Industrial Services from The Sterling Group
