Choice Financial Group, a Northlane Capital Partners‑backed insurance roll‑up based in Virginia Beach, has acquired Schlather Insurance Agency, Inc., a full‑service insurance agency with locations in Wellington, Oberlin and Elyria, Ohio. The deal extends Choice’s presence in Ohio and surrounding markets; Dave Schlather will remain to oversee operations and support the integration and growth efforts.
