Raak Metals Group has acquired Stolwerk Metaal, a family-owned metal recycler in West Brabant, Netherlands, to strengthen Raak's market position in the southern Netherlands. The deal—executed after Gilde Equity Management joined Raak Metals as a shareholder earlier in 2020—adds processing capacity and expands the combined group's service offering across recycling, container services and demolition projects.
