RadNet Acquires Gleamer

RadNet, a U.S. outpatient diagnostic imaging services provider, announced it will acquire Paris-based radiology AI company Gleamer for up to about $270 million (up to €230 million), structured as an all-cash transaction with a post-closing milestone payment. The deal will integrate Gleamer into RadNet’s DeepHealth digital health subsidiary to expand clinical AI capabilities and scale AI-enabled radiology workflows.
