RAFTR Roofing + Exteriors (RAFTRx), a Duluth, Georgia-based roofing and exteriors platform backed by Saw Mill Capital, has acquired Apex General Contracting of South Beloit, Illinois. The deal expands RAFTRx's platform into Illinois and Wisconsin, adding commercial roofing and insurance restoration capabilities to its multi-brand footprint.
