Rayonier Completes Merger of Equals with PotlatchDeltic

Rayonier and PotlatchDeltic announced that their merger of equals has closed, creating a combined land resources and wood products platform owning over four million acres of timberland in the United States. The combined company initially retains the Rayonier name (NYSE: RYN) and will operate six sawmills plus an industrial-grade plywood mill, alongside real estate development and rural land sales.
