RAYUS Radiology Acquires Sand Lake Imaging and Majority Interest in The Radiology Research Institute

RAYUS Radiology, a Wellspring Capital Management-backed national radiology platform, acquired three Sand Lake Imaging centers in Orlando, Florida and a majority interest in The Radiology Research Institute, a joint venture with Dr. Stephen Bravo. The deals expand RAYUS's Central Florida footprint, add eight subspecialty radiologists to its network and strengthen its clinical-trial imaging and research capabilities.
