Tambourine Acquires ReservHotel

Tambourine, a hotel marketing technology firm based in Fort Lauderdale, acquired ReservHotel (now "Reserv by Tambourine"), a reservations engine and booking-platform provider that serves the Caribbean and Latin America. The deal (closed August 2024) integrates ReservHotel’s booking engine, hotel+flight packaging and reservations call-center capabilities into Tambourine’s suite; ReservHotel’s Cancún offices and CEO Luis Barberi (now Director of Reservation Systems) join Tambourine’s operations.

As part of the investment, Sixth Street Growth partner Michael Bauer will join Stayntouch's board; Stayntouch was acquired by MCR in 2020 and will use the capital to expand its PMS and payments offerings globally.

Guesty Acquires StaySense
