RealWear, Inc. to Become Public via Business Combination with Cascadia Acquisition Corp.

RealWear, Inc. entered into a definitive business combination agreement with publicly traded special purpose acquisition company Cascadia Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: CCAI) expected to make RealWear a Nasdaq-listed public company in the second half of 2023. The transaction is subject to shareholder approvals and customary closing conditions, with existing RealWear shareholders rolling 100% of their holdings into equity of the combined company.
