RedBird Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Associazione Calcio Milan (AC Milan) for €1.2 billion and will invest in the club's sporting, commercial and infrastructure initiatives. Yankee Global Enterprises (owner of the New York Yankees) entered a strategic partnership and acquired a minority equity stake to help broaden fan reach and commercial opportunities.
