Reddit has acquired Spell, a SaaS-based machine-learning platform, to strengthen its ML and AI capabilities. The Spell team — including founder & CEO Serkan Piantino — will join Reddit to support Product, Safety, and Ads initiatives and accelerate integration of ML across the company.
