Renovus Capital Partners has made a majority (control) investment in Performive, a managed IT services provider focused on cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity for mid-market enterprises. The capital will be used to accelerate product innovation, enhance customer experience, build the team, and pursue add-on acquisitions as Performive becomes Renovus' first platform from its Renovus IV fund.
