RESA Power Acquires Mountain States Transformer Service, Inc.

RESA Power, a portfolio company of Investcorp, has acquired Mountain States Transformer Service, Inc. (MSTS), a Pocatello, Idaho-based provider of transformer maintenance, oil processing, testing and repair. The deal expands RESA Power's transformer services capabilities, increases its oil-processing rig fleet and provides a base for geographic expansion into the Pacific Northwest.
