ReserveBar, a luxury beverage alcohol ecommerce marketplace and commerce enablement technology platform, and AccelPay, a provider of compliant payments and ecommerce infrastructure for the alcohol industry, announced a strategic merger. Under the new structure, AccelPay will continue operating its ecommerce and payments platform, while ReserveBar will continue its marketplaces and LiquidCommerce software business.
