ResultsCX has acquired Huntswood, a UK-based consulting and customer solutions firm, to expand its Customer Experience Management capabilities in the BFSI sector and strengthen relationships in Utilities. The deal adds Huntswood’s UK and South Africa delivery footprint (Berkshire HQ; centres in Durban and Cape Town), and deepens ResultsCX’s European presence; ResultsCX is backed by PE firm ChrysCapital.
