Resurgens Technology Partners has completed the acquisition of Valant Medical Solutions, a Seattle-based SaaS electronic health record and practice management provider for behavioral health practices, from Gemspring Capital. Terms were not disclosed; Resurgens invested alongside Operating Partner Trey Carter, who will join Valant's board to help accelerate growth and product adoption.
