Reworld Acquires Clean & Green Recycling Corporation, ClearFlo Technologies and EnviroTec

Reworld announced the acquisition of Clean & Green Recycling Corporation, ClearFlo Technologies, and EnviroTec, forming a new Lindenhurst Material Processing Facility (MPF) near its Thermomechanical Treatment Facilities (TTFs) on Long Island. The deal expands Reworld’s waste processing, transportation, and resource recovery capabilities and is intended to create a more integrated regional service offering.
