Riverside Partners Merges Convergence Networks and Grade A

Riverside Partners has completed the merger of Convergence Networks (Portland, Oregon) and Grade A (Ottawa, Canada) to form a combined managed IT and cybersecurity services platform serving small- and medium-sized businesses. Riverside invested new equity to accelerate growth, while management teams from both companies will continue to lead the combined organization and remain significant shareholders.
