RLDatix has agreed to acquire UK-based Allocate Software, a leading provider of workforce and human capital management SaaS for healthcare and government organisations. The deal — being sold by private equity firm Hg and pending customary approvals — combines Allocate's workforce-management capabilities with RLDatix's patient safety, risk and compliance platform to expand RLDatix's healthcare GRC offering globally.
