RLDatix Acquires Galen Healthcare Solutions

RLDatix, a PE-backed provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and workforce management solutions for healthcare, has acquired Galen Healthcare Solutions, a KLAS-ranked provider of HIT implementation, optimization, data migration and archival services. The acquisition expands RLDatix's capabilities in data retention, legacy data access and clinical data continuity to better support healthcare organizations' regulatory and operational needs.
