RLDatix, a PE-backed provider of patient safety and GRC software, has acquired Verge Health, a credentialing and provider-management software vendor. The deal brings Verge's Converge platform and analytics capabilities (serving ~900 healthcare organizations and ~500,000 users) into RLDatix to create an integrated safety-led compliance and credentialing software platform for healthcare.
