RMA Companies Acquires C Below Subsurface Imaging

RMA Companies, a portfolio company of OceanSound Partners, has acquired C Below, Inc. dba C Below Subsurface Imaging and will merge its operations with RMA's SiteScan Subsurface Imaging business under C Below CEO Chris Loera. The deal expands RMA's subsurface imaging and utility-locating capabilities and broadens its geographic footprint across the Western U.S.
