RTB Holdings Acquires Boost Transport to Expand Managed Services, LTL, Parcel and Fulfillment Across the AMX Companies

RTB Holdings announced its acquisition of Boost Transport, LLC, a Georgia-based provider of managed transportation services, less-than-truckload (LTL), parcel, and fulfillment solutions. Boost will continue operating under its existing name and leadership team as part of the AMX Companies, the asset-light logistics operating group anchored by Alabama Motor Express. The transaction closed on August 21, 2026; terms were not disclosed.

Descartes Systems Group Acquires PackageRoute

The acquisition adds PackageRoute's mobile and web-based route optimization, real-time visibility and fleet management capabilities to Descartes' GroundCloud suite to strengthen its final-mile carrier offerings.
